    Colombo Fashion Week is a developmental project that aims to drive progressive change in every aspect of the fashion industry in Sri Lanka. Colombo Fashion Week’s mission is to establish, develop and maintain an efficient fashion eco-system that incubates the best of Sri Lankan fashion design before it is presented to the world.

    Acorn Group supports Colombo Fashion Week 2025 as Official Tourism Partner. This was presented on 11-18 March 2025, and Acorn Group successfully concluded its role as the Official Tourism Partner for Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) 2025.Marking its 22nd year, CFW continues to be a pioneering force in the South Asian fashion industry, and is among the few fashion weeks in the region to have surpassed two decades of creativity and innovation.

    The event played a pivotal role in positioning Sri Lanka as a global fashion and lifestyle destination. Held across three of Colombo’s luxury city hotels Shangri-La, Taj Samudra, and Cinnamon Grand the event attracted industry leaders, designers, and fashion enthusiasts from the region. This year’s edition featured an impressive mix of established and emerging Sri Lankan designers, along with a host of international talent from India, Italy and Bangladesh.

These were presented alongside celebrated Sri Lankan designers such as Fouzul Hameed, Sonali Dharmawardena, Asanka De Mel, Aslam Hussein, Dimuthu Sahabandu, Indi Yapa Abeywardena, and Charini Suriyage.

With a strong focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation, ‘Colombo Fashion Week Summer 2025’ reaffirmed its role as the backbone of Sri Lanka’s fashion industry, bridging heritage with contemporary design on a global stage.
