 Daraz Future Leaders Program (DELP) 2025 now open to attract South Asia's best emerging talent. 

    Daraz has announced the launch of the 2025 edition of its Daraz Future Leaders program ( DELP). This group-wide management trainee program is conducted in Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. This leading e-commerce platform is now hiring to further enrich the e-commerce sector by identifying leadership capabilities of young generation. 

    The program will begin in july 2025 as a 15 - month mobile program. This is a high impact rotational leadership program that grooms top graduates into future leaders. The program is designed to provide selected trainees with hands-on experience through structured rotations across key business functions. DELP participants will engage with local and group-level strategists under the guidance of senior leadership. 

    Over the course of the program, you'll work across Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, Finance, Legal & IT teams. The comprehensive 15 - month program allows participants to gain a deep understanding of its business operations. 

    DELP 2025 is open to passionate and driven individuals who have graduated within the past year, with academic excellence and analytical skills. 

    The application window will be open on the 21st of April and remain open for 14 days. Applicants can apply online through the Daraz Career page. Daraz will identify top-tier graduates from universities through multiple rounds of the selection process. Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields is required basically. In addition, the best performing candidates will also be honored with proper remuneration and awards. 

    Swati Karna, a former DELP participant from Nepal, said, " This experience made me a confident, data-thinking and quick decision-making person".
