Mumbai Indians win the championship 

    Harmanpreet led Mumbai Indians Women to victory in the Indian Women’s Premier League. The opposing team, Delhi Capitals Women, led by Meglan, suffered a crushing defeat by 8 runs. Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 149 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Mumbai captain Harmanpreet scored 65 runs with nine fours and two sixes in that match. Mumbai did not al- low Delhi to reach the target of 150 runs to win and at the end of 20 overs, Delhi could only score 141 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Natalia, who bowled for Mumbai, took 4 wickets for 30 runs. Accordingly, the Mumbai Indians women’s team won the championship.
